Mike Guidry, owner and lead installer of D&M Fiberglass Pools, brings commercial construction mastery and specialized fiberglass pool knowledge to every project. His career began with building hotels in Atlanta where precision and structural integrity weren’t just preferred; they were required. When Mike transitioned into the pool industry in 2010, he brought that same exacting standard, working in manufacturing to learn every technical aspect before ever installing his first pool.
Our other owner, Desra Bradford, has been in the fiberglass pool industry for nearly 34 years. She’s personally sold and managed hundreds of pool installations, which means she knows exactly what questions customers ask, what concerns keep they might have, and what details are important to them.
D&M Fiberglass Pools launched about five years ago, combining Mike’s installation expertise with Desra’s deep industry knowledge and commitment to customer education. The people you meet during consultation are the same people managing and installing your pool.
